Job summary

Dohrn Transfer in South Bend, IN is seeking a Full Time Non CDL Driver to join our South Bend Terminal. Drive a non CDL vehicle between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight at dock-height, Monday–Friday, dayshift.

Starting pay is $23.38 per hour with $27.38 after the first year. Benefits include Health/Vision/Dental, 401k matching, life insurance, disability and more. A quarterly safety incentive bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license and 3+ years driving experience.
• DOT physical exam and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Able to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Non CDL vehicle safely between customer locations.
• Load and unload freight with or without dockworkers’ help.
• Perform frequent lifting up to 100 pounds and secure freight.
• Inspect vehicle for defects and comply with safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed per company policy.
