Americold in Louisiana is seeking a Class A CDL driver to operate a tractor-trailer for no-touch pick-ups and deliveries across local warehouses and customer locations, with a home-daily schedule (Tue-Sat, 5:00am-1:30pm).

The role requires maintaining DOT logs, handling paperwork (bills of lading, invoices, dispatch sheets), and performing pre/post-trip inspections while adhering to FMCSR. Benefits include health, 401K, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL and knowledge of FMCSR regulations.
• Prior truck driving experience with long periods on the road is preferred.
• Ability to manage purchase orders, invoices and shipping paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up containers/trailers to local warehouses and customer locations.
• Maintains DOT logs and performs daily vehicle inspections and reporting.
• Ensures accurate paperwork including bills of lading, invoices, and dispatch sheets.
• Performs other driving or warehouse-related duties as required.
