Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an experienced Class A driver for no-touch local deliveries. The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00am–1:30pm, with home daily and weekly pay.

The role emphasizes DOT compliance, accurate paperwork, and safe driving within an established territory. The ideal candidate will have a CDL with proper endorsements, at least two years of tractor-trailer experience, and a strong focus on safety, inspections, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• CDL with proper endorsements in state of residence.
• No serious or disqualifying traffic violations in the past 3 years.
• Two years of experience operating tractor-trailer equipment.
• Ability to pass DOT background screen and medical examinations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up containers/trailers at warehouses and customer locations, assist with unloading as needed and report discrepancies.
• Process paperwork including bills of lading, invoices, dispatch sheets, and shipping schedules; may create and track invoices.
• Maintain DOT vehicle logs and perform daily vehicle inspections; relay information between ports of entry and warehouses.
• Perform other driving and warehouse-related duties as required.
