Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking CDL drivers for home daily local/regional runs originating from the Casa Grande, AZ distribution center. This daily slip-seat operation offers 225-mile radius deliveries to retail stores, live unloads, and no-touch freight with responsibility to manage 8-15 loads per week.

Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months solo driving; willingness to work any shift, including nights and weekends; and ability to commute to the Casa Grande yard.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Willing to work any assigned shift including weekends and night/early AM dispatches.
• Daily slip-seat day cab operation; trucks must stay at the yard; must have reliable transportation to the Casa Grande DC.
• Must live within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
• Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• The Launch Point: All routes originate daily from the Distribution Center in Casa Grande, AZ.
• The Lanes: Safely execute local/regional loops delivering to retail stores within a 225-mile radius of the DC.
• Multi-Stop Logistics: Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.
