Job summary

Dohrn Transfer Company, LLC is seeking a Full Time Class B Driver at our Sturgeon, MO terminal. Drive a straight truck between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight.

Starting pay is $26.32/hour with $29.84/hour after the first year. Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k matching, life and disability insurance, and more, plus a quarterly safety incentive bonus. Home daily with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable Class B equipment experience.
• Must pass road test administered by a Dohrn Transfer Driver Trainer.
• Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements on license.
• Single valid CDL from resident state; provide license history.
• No DUI/OWI or Reckless Driving in past 5 years.
• Must maintain acceptable MVR.
• DOT physical and drug screen required.
• 10-year work history check may be requested.
• Must read/write English and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Drive a straight truck between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight.
• Load and unload truck; use mechanical handling equipment where available.
• Perform frequent lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Secure freight by strapping or other methods as needed.
• Maintain records for state and federal regulations including logs.
• Comply with all regulations for safe operation of a CMV.
