Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a CDL Class B Truck Driver in Dardanelle, AR. You will operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pickup and deposit waste into a compactor on your route.

The role emphasizes safety and routine inspections; you will report defects, accidents, or violations and ensure vehicle standards are met. Home daily with 10–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, weather permitting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class B driving experience required.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• No more than one moving violation on MVR within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a waste hauling truck within approximately 150 miles of home.
• Completes daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complies with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods, etc.) as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Lifts and carries residential waste and deposits it into a compactor.
• Inspects vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and reports preventative maintenance needs to the management team.
• Reports any defects, accidents, or violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
