Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Delivery Truck Driver - Class B CDL to service Omaha, NE. Responsibilities include delivering materials, assisting with unloading, handling returns, and ensuring accurate delivery tickets. You will operate within DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL license.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• General digital literacy.
• Product knowledge or ability to learn it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist unloading, and collect payment if needed.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist Warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
