Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Home Daily Class A CDL Truck Drivers in Massachusetts. Average annual pay is around $92,735 with safety incentives and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will drive late-model Penske trucks on a dedicated linehaul doubles route, with no-touch, drop-and-hook operations and customer-facing professionalism. The role offers comprehensive benefits, uniforms provided, and a strong retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and domicile in the U.S.
• DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency per 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2).
• Commitment to work the stated schedule and location; background check and drug screening required.
• Role is safety sensitive under DOT regulations and requires alertness and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated linehaul doubles route.
• Doubles assignments involve hauling two 28' PUP trailers between locations.
• No touch; drop and hook.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
