Job summary

Penske is hiring full-time CDL Class A truck drivers for home daily, dedicated routes. Expect a strong weekly pay with average annual earnings around $76,297 plus incentives up to $10,400. Most shifts are Monday–Friday with 9 PM dispatch, and you will deliver to automotive dealerships using safe, modern trucks.

You will operate late-model Penske equipment, use scanners, and unload with pallet jacks on multi-stop routes. Benefits start day one and include retirement, health care, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with ≤2 moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency due to federal regulations.
• Pass background check and drug screening; safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.
• Handle approximately 5 stops per route.
