Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, ability to pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug test, 2+ years of incident-free driving, and fluent English. Daily on-site work with potential TWIC dependencies based on location.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug screen.
• 2+ years driving experience with an incident-free record.
• 21 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• May require TWIC depending on location.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivers short haul freight by dry vans, grain trailers and roll off to customer locations in TX and LA.
• Operates air mover and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Plans efficient routes and ensures on-time freight delivery.
• Pre-departure truck/trailer inspections and reports deficiencies.
• Completes required paperwork (BOL, weight tickets) for each load.
• Secures freight and monitors cargo safety during trips.
• Complies with traffic laws and safety regulations while on customer properties.
• Reports delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to management.
• Performs any other duties as assigned to complete the job.
