Job summary

Core-Mark International in the United States, Florida is seeking a Delivery Driver responsible for hauling food and related products with a tractor trailer or straight truck. You will deliver on intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring timely and safe arrival while representing the company to customers.

The role requires DOT compliance, a clean MVR, and the ability to perform safety checks, load/unload freight, and complete required paperwork. Home daily with a 2:00 AM dispatch schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Tractor Trailer commercial driving experience.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds with equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Report safety hazards and inspect trailer loading.
• Check customer invoices and complete freight paperwork legibly.
• Operate loading dock moves and attach preloaded trailer.
• Drive to and deliver orders on schedule; unload freight.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments when required.
• Secure trailer and equipment and clean work areas.
• Maintain daily hours-of-service logs per DOT/state requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
