Ferguson is hiring a truck driver in the Seattle area. You will deliver materials to customers, load and unload with pallet jack, and maintain safety standards.

The role offers home daily schedules with no nights or weekends and competitive hourly pay with bonus potential. Qualifications include a valid CDL, being 21+, DOT medical card, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsabilités

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading/unloading with pallet jack and two-wheel dolly and ensuring delivery tickets are issued.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling and reporting issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage and harness limits.
