Ferguson in El Paso, TX is hiring for a commercial truck driver. The role offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with the opportunity to be home daily with no nights or weekends. Starting pay is $20 with potential increases based on experience.

Responsibilities include delivering materials, loading/unloading with pallet jack, completing safety inspections, and maintaining compliance with DOT standards. Benefits and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain CDL qualifications and DOT standards.
• Must have/maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Operate basic technology including iPads.

Responsabilités

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly.
• Process returns and validate product for credit.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with pulling and packing orders and stocking materials.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow safety regulations.
