Wsb Solutions is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver for a metal recycling facility in Huntington, WV. Drive safe, load and unload, and maintain documentation while adhering to DOT regulations.

The role offers a home-daily schedule with consistent hours: Mon-Fri 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, occasional overtime, and $18.00 per hour. Prior dump/truck/roll-off experience is a plus; DOT medical card required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license is required.
• Current DOT medical card is required.
• Previous commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Experience with dump trucks, roll-off trucks, trailers or scrap metal transport is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or bobcats is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and daily vehicle inspections.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A vehicles to transport scrap metal and materials.
• Pick up and deliver materials from customers and designated locations.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
