Job summary

F/S Manufacturing is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our manufacturing team. You will transport materials and finished goods between suppliers, customers, and facilities while supporting warehouse, production, and assembly activities as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and at least two years of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and work procedures.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safe vehicle operation and cargo securement practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up products and materials from suppliers and vendors.
• Deliver products and materials to company facilities and customer locations.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and transported in compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and assembly teams to prepare and build outbound loads.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Report vehicle maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist in assembly, warehouse, and production activities when not driving.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assist with additional logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing duties as assigned.
