Job summary

TransForce is hiring Class A CDL Drivers to support local operations in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This home-daily, touch-freight role services mail routes and startup operations with a 345 PM start time.

You will operate Class A equipment, transport time-sensitive mail, and support ingestion processes, yard operations, and equipment moves while following DOT and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 9 months of recent and verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Must meet all DOT and company qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Complete assigned routes accurately and on time.
• Load, unload, and handle mail as required.
• Support startup execution, go-live, and operational stabilization.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.
• Report delays, equipment issues, and operational concerns promptly.
