Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is hiring Home Daily CDL-A drivers out of Newark, NJ. You will handle port work and light-touch freight with a day shift starting early, typically Monday–Friday, with Saturday optional.

Compensation includes up to $300 per day with potential weekly earnings up to $1,500, plus detention pay after 2 hours at ports and a guaranteed minimum for the first two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A and be at least 21 years old.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months.
• Port experience preferred but not required; TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Home daily driving assignments out of Newark, NJ terminal.
• Port work and light-touch freight handling.
• Mon–Fri schedule with Saturday optional; day shift starting early.
