Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a CDL-A truck driver in Cincinnati, OH. The role delivers materials to customers, loads/unloads with pallet jack, and ensures on-time, accurate deliveries. Flatbed experience is required and staying compliant with DOT standards is essential.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with potential overtime. Starting pay is posted at $20 per hour with room for growth based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• CDL A required
• 1-3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Flatbed experience required
• Meet and maintain CDL qualifications
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical card
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Able to operate basic technology (iPads)

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly
• Handle returns and validate product credit
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements
• Assist warehouse with picking/packing orders, receiving, stocking
• Work overtime as needed
• Adhere to PPE safety regulations (tectal harness up to 400 lbs)
