Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver for home daily routes with a four-night work week, delivering food and related products to customers. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and on-time delivery across various routes.

The position offers a weekly minimum guarantee of $1,450 and an annual target of $80,000–$90,000, with a $9,000 welcome bonus and a $2,500 referral bonus (terms apply).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck interstate on local, regional, and overnight routes.
• Perform pre/post trip safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Deliver and unload products; obtain signatures and collect payments when required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and daily hours of service logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
