Job summary

Core-Mark International in Vermont is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to support America’s food distribution system. No experience required; training will be provided. Day Shift 4:00 AM start, usually ending by 1:00 PM, Monday–Friday with weekends off and home daily.

Responsibilities include safety checks, DOT compliance, delivering and unloading orders, obtaining signatures, and maintaining accurate paperwork. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year after a 45‑day training period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL A or B license.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain one.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/trailer according to DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and inspect trailers for proper loading.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures; collect payments where required.
• Deliver and unload products to customer locations on a scheduled route.
