Job summary

Clayton is seeking an Associate Home Builder to join our manufacturing team. You will report to the Area Coordinator each morning and coordinate with supervisors to complete daily tasks within 8-hour shifts, with possible overtime.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced home-building environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; construction or production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in construction and/or production preferred.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Report to Area Coordinator each morning before the shift.
• Check in with AC before leaving for the day.
• Work 8-hour shifts with potential overtime to meet production needs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production pace.
• Adhere to cleaning initiatives and keep work area organized.
