  • Ensure participant needs are met in accordance with program guidelines and billable service definitions.
  • Assist with implementing individualized training plans, comprehensive assessments, task analyses, community resource assessments, and data collection.
  • Administer medications as needed and assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  • Strictly follow individualized risk plans, dining plans, wellness plans, and seizure plans as applicable.
  • Provide physical assistance as necessary, including lifting, transferring, positioning, and transporting participants.
  • Complete required documentation such as behavior tracking, task progress, and sleep tracking.
  • Monitor medical needs and provide assistance proactively, including logging required medical routines and medication administration.
  • Assist participants with the use and maintenance of adaptive devices and equipment.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in all work environments.
  • Follow all organizational policies and all local, state, and federal regulations, including ISO standards.
  • Work mandatory additional hours when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
