Job summary

Thomaston Comfort Control in Thomaston, CT is seeking a Licensed HVAC Residential Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation. You’ll work to keep homes comfortable and energy-efficient for local customers.

The ideal candidate holds a valid HVAC license with relevant certifications, has proven residential experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license for on-site service

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
• Install ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative measures to extend the life of HVAC systems.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and order replacements
• Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
