R S Andrews of Tidewater Heating, Cooling inside ARS retail locations in Newport News, VA is hiring Retail Sales Associates to introduce customers to home comfort solutions and energy-saving upgrades. Flexible scheduling is available and training is paid.

Weekly pay with commission and opportunities for advancement into Comfort Advisor roles are offered. No prior HVAC experience is required, with benefits for full-time roles where applicable.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable engaging customers in-store.
• Willingness to attend weekly team meetings.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the location.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Explain ARS services for heating, cooling, and home comfort improvements.
• Offer customers the opportunity to schedule a free in-home consultation.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a positive, professional presence inside the store.
• Work with store management and ARS team on in-store promotions.
