Molly Maid of Northwest Arkansas is looking for dependable, motivated team members who take pride in helping families enjoy their homes. You’ll follow Molly Maid’s proven cleaning processes to deliver high-quality housekeeping in customers’ homes.

This role offers daytime hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. You’ll work in teams of 2–3, earn tips, and grow through ongoing training with local management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead.
• Available to work daytime hours 7:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
• Ability to communicate with customers; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes
• Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
• Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home
• Earn tips for providing excellent service
• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule (for Team Leads)
