Qualifications

  • Six months experience in home care preferred.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

We are hiring a Home Caregiver in Marinette. We offer weekly pay and flexible scheduling to choose between part-time and full-time. We have several different shift times!

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notifies immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
  • Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when traveling for work.
  • Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and toileting assistance.
  • Assists with household tasks directly related to the client's personal care.
Education and Experience

Experience Desired

  • Six months experience in home care preferred.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to work PM/Evenings.
Skill Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
  • Ability to work in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, sex, disability, or financial condition.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task with good time management.
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong commitment to the organization’s goals and philosophy.
  • Adaptability to organizational changes.
