Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt during business travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transfers between bed, chair, wheelchair, or toilet.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

• Six months of home care experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to various home situations
