Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare, a CHAP-certified company established in 2010, is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to join our mission-driven team on the North Side of Chicago. This full-time role offers hourly and live-in options with pay starting at $17.95 per hour.

You will assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation, while monitoring changes and reporting to the health care team.

Qualifications

• 1 year caregiving experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and companionship, plus daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.

Position Overview

We seek a dedicated Caregivers to provide attentive, in-home support to clients in DuPage County, IL. This role requires someone who is patient, caring, and able to assist with daily activities to enhance the client’s quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship. Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders.


• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.


• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team.


• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent required;


• CNA certification preferred.


• xperience in caregiving especially with elderly clients is preferred.
