Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide heartfelt companionship and social engagement.
• Support clients with mobility, grooming, and personal hygiene needs.
• Monitor clients’ well‑being and report changes to supervisors.
• Document care provided and follow care plans.
