Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is hiring Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants for in-home care in Idaho. We offer daily pay, health insurance, advancement opportunities, paid time off, training, and a flexible schedule.

No prior experience required; paid in-office training is provided to start your career with Home Helpers. You will deliver compassionate personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands while ensuring patient safety and independence at home.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation available.
• Pass background check per state requirements.
• Pass drug screen per state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Assist with personal care including baths, dressing, grooming, and denture care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge cleaning, dishes.
• Perform laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, putting away.
• Assist with running errands: groceries, medical supplies, post office.
• Be reliable, on time, and rarely absent.
