Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass background check per state requirements.
• Must pass drug screen per state requirements.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and skin care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in patient homes (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Assist with errands (grocery shopping, supplies).
• Be punctual, dependable and reliable.
