Job summary

Full Life Care is hiring Home Caregivers to support clients in Everett and North Seattle, WA. Pay ranges from $23.58 to $27.57 per hour, DOE and certifications. Benefits include paid training, medical, dental and vision for those working 20+ hours weekly, plus additional perks for full- and part-time staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, personal care, housekeeping, and supporting clients to remain independent at home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English.
• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from client's home.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in their homes by assisting with activities of daily living.
• Encourage clients to be independent in self-care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
