Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized home care. You will work with members in their own homes to help them stay independent and in control of their supports.

We are seeking compassionate caregivers who value clinical excellence and meaningful human connection. Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and G-tube care is preferred; a valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Prior experience with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a caregiver background check.

Responsabilités

• Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift.
• Assist with feeding via G-tube and suctioning as needed.
• Assist with bathing and dressing.
• Assist with toileting and mobility as required.
• Provide safety and companionship to clients.
