Job summary

Elevate is seeking in-home caregivers to provide nonmedical care to clients in their homes as described in their individualized care plans.

Caregivers deliver compassionate support focused on safety and client satisfaction, including assistance with daily activities, companionship, and routine tasks. The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and reporting to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to provide services according to the client care plan.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate with client and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation, range of motion, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming.
• Provide meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, shopping and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship, social interaction, and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain and document daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service as required.
