Position Title: Home Caregiver
Location: Schaumburg / Park Ridge IL
Company: Assisting Hands Home Care
Pay Range: $16–$19/hour (based on experience and case needs)
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts (including day, evening, overnight)

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Caregivers to provide 1-on-1 support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and safety through professional and attentive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
• Follow care plans and communicate regularly with care coordinators and family members

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (preferred)
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Clear background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation - Must gave drivers license and insurance
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
