Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who can select their assignments, work flexible hours, and earn competitive market rates. As an independent contractor, you may appreciate:

• Negotiable pay based on care provided, with suggested rates of $18.00/hour or $180.00/day for live-in care.
• Flexible scheduling based on your lifestyle and preferences.
• Transparency about client care needs upfront.

We are currently seeking caregivers to serve clients in areas including but not limited to:

Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg

Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom

Caregiver requirements:

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• For hourly caregivers: a driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• For live-in caregivers: a valid State ID.
• Car insurance.
• Criminal background check and child abuse clearance.
• TB test, chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test.
