Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to support clients in their own homes, delivering tailored care and monitoring progress with the care team.

You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to implement personalized plans, ensure safety, and maintain detailed care records. A driver’s license and reliable transportation help you reach clients efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in home care or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting, transferring, and ambulating clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide care services to clients including daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor and report client progress to caregivers and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.
