Catholic Homes is seeking Home Care Support Workers to join our home care team on a casual basis with a view to permanent part-time/full-time roles in the Rockingham and surrounding areas. This position will be responsible for providing in-home personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport and/or daily living supports for our home care clients.
Our Home Care team endeavours to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients so that they may stay at home for longer and allow them to get out into the community to do the things they enjoy doing.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
A great personality and willing to chat and engage with our clients.
Somebody who is dedicated and 100% reliable and flexible.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to demonstrate empathy with our elderly clients and a caring nature.
People who take pride in their work, appearance and prepared to make a difference in somebody else’s life every day. Person-centred care.
A roadworthy and registered vehicle and current C class WA driver's licence.
Availability to do shift work. We have morning, afternoon, evening and full day shifts available. Monday to Friday only, or a combination of weekend work also available.
The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work and to represent our company at the highest.
Experience inCommunity Aged Care or NDIS (desirable).

Comprehensive induction program, training and ongoing professional development.
Ongoing support from the Home Care Operations Manager, Support Worker Team Leader and wider Home Care team.
