Qualifications

• This role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in a health or social service setting.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviewing, orientation, and performance management of home care aides.
• Provide direct supervision and support to aides, including scheduling, training and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update individualized home care service plans.
• Ensure aide compliance with care plans and agency standards.
• Monitor client caseloads and communicate with clients, caregivers and the care team.
