European Service at Home, Inc. is seeking a committed Home Care Aide Supervisor for its Grayslake office to provide compassionate customer service to senior clients and supervise Home Care Aides.

The role focuses on case management, team collaboration, and ensuring accurate records and strong client relationships to support ongoing in-home care services.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster trusted, client-centered relationships to keep clients engaged in care services based on the Care Program.
• Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving.
• Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and manage Homecare Aides to ensure the client's and the company's best interests.
• Maintain a good standing relationship with the Community Care Unit.
• Ensure that client and employee records are complete and current.

The ideal candidate will perform responsive and compassionate customer service to our Senior Clients and be equipped to handle case managementanddirect supervisionof Home Care Aides.

WAGE:

• $25ph on start, based on experience
