Park Nicollet is hiring a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our Home Care team. You will provide direct patient care, participate in program improvements, and uphold regulatory standards across the department.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, patients, and families, with protected time for clinical development and community outreach alongside leadership. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology (Communicaton Disorders).
• ASHA certification with CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP required.
• Minnesota MDH licensure and current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and treatment planning.
• Support professional growth and development within the team.
