Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers in Wendell, MA and surrounding communities. We offer immediate start opportunities with flexible scheduling, including days, overnights, weekdays and weekends. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires.

Join our team and earn a $250 sign-on bonus after your first 90 days!

To Qualify

• Work at least 20 hours per week
• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

What Will You Be Doing?

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
• Delivering compassionate, respectful, and dependable care

What Are We Looking For?

• A caring heart and passion for helping others
• Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to client safety and confidentiality
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not always required!
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome!
