Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking caregivers in Greenfield, MA and surrounding communities. Earn $18.00–$21.00 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus. Flexible scheduling includes days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, with training provided for all new hires.

Join our family-owned home care team and help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Full-time opportunities with health insurance and a 401(k) are available.

To Qualify

• Work at least 20 hours per week
• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

What Will You Be Doing?

Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes!

Depending on your qualifications and client needs, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
• Delivering compassionate, respectful, and dependable care

What Are We Looking For?

• A caring heart and passion for helping others

• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to client safety and confidentiality
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not always required!
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome!
