Job summary

Right at Home of Hampton Roads in Virginia Beach is seeking a caregiver scheduling supervisor to build and manage the daily schedule for about 90 clients and growing. You'll decide which caregiver goes to which client and run hands-on skills checks for new hires in our office.

The role requires CNA or PCA certification with 5 years of hands-on care, strong organization, and comfort with scheduling software. Monday–Friday in‑office work with paid vacation, holidays, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on caregiving experience required.
• CNA or PCA certification with 5 years of experience preferred.
• Able to learn scheduling software quickly.
• Good communication with caregivers and families.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the daily schedule for about 90 clients and growing.
• Fill open shifts quickly when a caregiver calls out.
• Keep caregiver availability and credentials current.
• Run hands-on skills checks for new caregivers.
• Review completed shifts each week for billing accuracy.

What We're Looking For

You've done hands‑on care. CNA or PCA certification with 5 years of experience preferred. That's the part of this job that can't be learned at a desk — you'll be deciding which caregiver goes to which client, and running skills checks for new hires in our office.

• Comfortable learning scheduling software
• Steady when four people call out before 8 a.m.
• Warm on the phone with caregivers and with families
• Organized enough to track a hundred moving pieces
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
