Job Description

The Human Resources Professional is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and orienting new field staff, filling orders, assigning personnel, and maintaining compliance records for field staff.

Essential Job Functions
  • Interview, hire, and orient new field staff
  • Coordinate the hiring process for applicants
  • Work with the Supervisory RN to schedule in-service training programs
  • Coordinate field staff assignments
  • Maintain communication with clients
  • Assist with payroll and billing functions
Candidate Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; 2-year college degree preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous home care experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
