Job Description

The Human Resources Professional interviews, hires, and orients new field staff, fills orders, assigns field staff personnel, and records and updates compliance requirements for field staff.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Interviews, hires, and orients new field staff
2. Coordinates applicants’ hiring process
3. Works directly with Supervisory RN in scheduling all branch in-service training programs
4. Coordinates field staff assignments
5. Maintains communication with clients
6. Assists in payroll and billing functions

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year College Degree, 4-year preferred
• Computer literate
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Previous home care experience
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required
