What You’ll Do

• Drive growth by cultivating meaningful relationships with referral partners, hospitals, discharge planners, and senior‑focused organizations across the Lincoln or Omaha markets.
• Generate qualified referrals for private pay and Medicaid waiver homecare services through authentic connection, consistent outreach, and education.
• Represent AmanaCare as a trusted resource at community events, provider meetings, and educational presentations.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives that set new standards in the local market.
• Deliver measurable impact by meeting and exceeding quarterly goals in referrals, consultations, and new service starts.
