BAYADA Home Health Care in Minnesota is seeking Private Duty RNs to provide one-to-one home health care for local clients. Private duty shifts cover 8, 10, or 12 hours and involve caring for a single client per shift.

You will join a nonprofit organization with 50 years of service, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, EAP, and educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma or transcript.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Care for diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia, cancer.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range: $35-41 hourly based on experience and skills

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)
