Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is recruiting LPNs or RNs to deliver in-home skilled nursing visits in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. You will support patients with medication setup, health checks, and independence, typically 30–60 minutes per visit, with one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

The role offers weekly pay and flexible schedules, plus access to a 401(k) plan. CNA or nursing experience is valued, and you’ll join a trusted provider committed to quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments.
• Provide patient education to support independence and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with care team.

  • PPV [pay per visit]
    • Routine 30-60min in home visits
  • Flexible scheduling -
    • Nurse to schedule visits accordingly
    • No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call
    • Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at the Springfield office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle
