Job summary

Care the Wright Way is a licensed home care agency serving Georgia. We are hiring a skilled RN to join our team, offering competitive pay and voluntary benefits.

You will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, complete start-of-care and ongoing assessments, and support our CNAs, PCAs, and LPNs. Active Georgia RN license and home care or waiver experience preferred, with strong clinical judgment and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete start-of-care and ongoing assessments in clients' homes.
• Build and manage care plans.
• Run supervisory visits; support CNAs, PCAs, and LPNs.
• Work across CCSP/SOURCE, veterans, private pay, and LTC insurance clients; grow with new programs.
